Test drives now available for NISSAN ARIYA
The Nissan Global Headquarters Gallery is now offering test drives for the “ARIYA”, NISSAN’S first crossover electric vehicle (EV).
The ARIYA combines powerful acceleration and a smooth ride with the characteristic quietness of an EV. The interior is designed with a comfortable and opulent lounge-like feel, providing a warm welcome to driver and passengers alike.
Seamless connected technologies underpin the drive, including driver assistance features to reduce stress and concierge-like driving support to enhance confidence behind the wheel.
Please come to the Gallery and drive the car.
Also available is the all-new premium compact, “AURA”.
Based on the “AURA”, the AURA NISMO is a 'swift-footed electric city racer' concept inspired by Formula E and infused with NISMO's soul and uncompromising nature.
You can also test drive the NISSAN GT-R, which is constantly evolving in pursuit of the ultimate driving pleasure, the Skyline 400R packing 400 hp, the Nissan LEAF e+, the "NOTE" and "KICKS“.

Please kindly understand that each test drive at the Nissan Gallery will only be limited to the driver plus one passenger only.
Drivers and passengers are required to wear a mask and we will be taking your body temperature beforehand.
Please be rest assured that all cars are thoroughly disinfected between test drives.
In addition, all of our staff must wear masks, perform frequent and thorough hand washing/disinfection, and take their body temperature before coming in to work.
We ask for your kind understanding and cooperation.
* ProPILOT and ProPILOT Park experience may not be available depending
on the day's weather and road conditions.
* Your test-driving vehicle maybe in a different color to what is shown
in the pictures.
How To Book A Test Drive
Beginning 1 June, test drive bookings can be made online.

* The website is in Japanese only
Online bookings are accepted until 23:59 the previous day.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your test drive time slot. A no-show past your time slot will result in an automatic cancellation.
If you have difficulty using the Japanese website, you can make a booking on a first-come, first-served basis at the Nissan Global Headquarters Gallery Information Counter on the day of the test drive.
However, this is only possible if there are available time slots.
Please note that a driving license valid in Japan is required for test drives.

Application outline
- ・We will take one group (family, relatives, friends, acquaintances etc) per day for one car slot (regardless of car type).
※If you have made more than one reservation for one day all your reservations will be cancelled. - ・The booking cannot be made on behalf of someone. Please also note that drivers cannot switch during the test drive.
- ・Please arrive ten minutes before your reserved slot. If you are late, the reservation will be cancelled.
- ・The test drive is free of charge. Please note that you will not be able to select the car grade, engine power or car body color.
- ・The test drive will take place on public roads.
- ・Our staff will be seated in the front passenger seat.
- ・The test drive will be on a determined course/route. ※The test drive may be shortened depending on traffic conditions on the day.
- ・The test drive may cancelled without prior notice due to bad weather conditions, breakdown of equipment or other reasons.
- ・Due to the above, the test drive may be cancelled after you have applied or even during the test drive itself.
- ・Parricipants must agree and sign to the 'test drive rental rules agreement' before commencing the test drive.
- ・When applying for the test drive, we will ask you for a copy of your driver's license to apply for insurance.
- ・All personal information will be handled according to our corporate privacy policy.
- ・For safety reasons, no filming can take place while driving.
- ・Reservations must not be made with the intent of filming, interviewing, testing etc.
- ・Test drivers must fulfil the below on the day of the test drive.
（1）You have had a drivers license for more than one year.
（2）On the day of the test drive, you have a valid drivers license applicable to the test car type.
（3）You meet all the requirements for having a drivers license.
（4）You are not drinking any alcohol.
（5）You are not pregnant.
（6）You are wearing appropriate footwear for driving (no high heels, sandals etc), nor are you barefoot.
（7）You will comply with rules and directions given by staff who wil be riding with you.
（8）You will comply with all traffic safety rules and you will ensure safe driving.
（9）You do not require any special signage to be placed on the car.
In addition to the above, please note that different car types will have different conditions/criteria which are stated in the 'reservation' page on the website when you book. Please kindly check all the items. - ・Your companions may join you in the test drive, but our staff will be seated in the front passenger seat, so please take this into consideration when deciding the number of your companions. (If using a child seat, there is a possibility that the total number of companions that may join you will be reduced) Please also note that pets are not allowed.
- ・To ensure the safety and comfort of the test drive for the visually and hearing impaired, we will check the information on your driver's license before guiding you on a test ride. For your safety, our staff member may drive you through the test drive in some cases considering the characteristics of test ride.
- ・Any accidents during the test drive (including those caused by ProPILOT or ProPILOT parking) or any police incidents that may happen will be the sole responsibility of the driver.
- ・In the case of an accident, the Nissan rental car insurance will be applied, however please note that there may be some items excluded from its coverage so please kindly check beforehand. Any fees which go beyond the insurance coverage amount will be charged to the driver.
